Ugh, Firstmet. What a letdown! I was expecting so much more from this dating app but it really didn’t deliver. The user profiles are public and anyone can view them – not great if you’re looking for privacy or anonymity when online dating. You can set a custom bio on your profile, which is nice enough, but there’s no way to hide the location info that comes with each profile; everyone will know exactly where you live (not ideal!).
