If you’re looking for support from Willow App, I’m sorry to say that it’s not great. Don’t get me wrong – the app itself is pretty awesome! But when it comes to customer service and help, they leave a lot to be desired.
I’ve tried contacting them several times with questions about how the app works and what features are available but never got any response or if I did, it was unsatisfactory at best.
